• File & Hard Drive Recovery Services
Altus Sensa provides file recovery across different forms of data storage, including but not limited to: Memory Cards (Photographs etc.,), Flash Drives / USB Memory Sticks, Hard Drives.
Altus Sensa Hard drive recovery services support both popular Windows (All Versions) and Apple Macintosh (All Versions) Operating systems. Technology as with anything else functions for a set period of time, and in the event your storage gets corrupted or damaged, Altus Sensa can recover your data for you, although this can be impossible due to physical damage to the device.
If Altus Sensa cannot recover your hard drive data, you will not be charged the hard drive recovery fee.
• PC & Mac / Hardware & Peripheral Services
Altus Sensa PC & Mac computer repair services, hardware repair and maintenance services are all currently based on a call out system. All repairs and maintenance services are done on site. Our peripheral services includes, but is not limited to the setup, sourcing or installation of any additional hardware or software for you, contact us for further enquiries.
In the event that repairs or maintenance are required off site for whatever reason e.g., controlled enviroment etc., Altus Sensa will collect and return your devices.
• Logo & Web Design / Web Development Services
Altus Sensa design, web development and hosting is done off site, after the amount of necessary consultations with the client to ascertain the solution that best meets the specified requirements of the client.
Altus Sensa will provide a cms(content management system), web development or logo design draft based on the meetings between both parties and from this a schedule will be created and agreed upon.
